First Delivery
The successful delivery of the first 220kV submarine optic-electric hybrid cable is of great significance to Qifan Cable. It marks a major breakthrough in our offshore wind power projects and further strengthens our market position in the wire and cable industry. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the local governments for their “concierge-style” service, which has been instrumental in helping us explore markets, negotiate projects, and secure orders. This support has given Qifan Cable greater confidence and momentum to continue expanding in the Xiaoting region.

Cable Shipment
On-site, it was visible that the ultra-high-voltage submarine cable, measuring a single length of 28.5 kilometers and weighing nearly 4,000 tons, was loaded onto the specialized transport vessel at a speed of approximately 4 meters per minute via cable storage trays. Once fully loaded, the cable will be transported by a specialized laying vessel through the Yangtze River “Golden Waterway” to various coastal regions. The successful completion of this cable marks a significant milestone for Qifan Cable’s products in the offshore wind power sector.
